My path
I’ve spent my career helping organizations improve how people, process, and technology come together to deliver value.
My path began in frontline people leadership and operations, then expanded into process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, analytics, project delivery, digital products, and eventually broader software development and technology leadership.
The roles have changed, but the thread connecting them has stayed consistent: I am drawn to complex environments where people, technology, process, and organizational structure all need to work together better.
Today, much of my work sits between strategy and execution. I help connect direction to delivery, build stronger organizational capability, navigate dependencies and tradeoffs, and create environments where teams have the clarity and support they need to succeed.
One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that sustainable change rarely comes from applying one model everywhere. It starts with understanding the environment, learning what is already working, and building from there.
What guides me
People and capability
Strong organizations are built by growing people, creating clarity, and giving teams the support and trust they need to succeed.
Principles over prescriptions
I believe in clear principles and guardrails, but not forcing one answer onto every team, product, or problem.
Strategy to execution
Strategy matters only when it can be translated into priorities, decisions, and conditions that help teams deliver meaningful outcomes.
Systems thinking
Sustainable improvement comes from looking beyond individual tasks, dependencies,, constraints, and friction shaping the larger system.
